Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing have over 50 centres across the UK, you’ll typically find a well equipped fitness area, swimming pool, fitness classes, health assessments, health seminars, sauna, steam rooms, relaxation therapies, personal training and a café bar. In selected centres they also offer crèche and squash facilities.

How much will I pay?

You pay a one off £25 activation fee to join any of our partner gyms. Then you’ll get a discount of 25% off the usual price for full monthly individual Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing membership.

Free Health MOT

If you are a member of a Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing gym, you can have one of their Health MOT’s for free. For members of Virgin Active and LA Fitness health clubs they cost £40 at Nuffield gyms.

The assessment takes an hour and a qualified Wellbeing Advisor will measure your Body Mass Index, aerobic fitness, resting heart rate, height, weight, blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
