Stay on top of your scheme’s wellbeing with our Health and Vitality Summary

Our health and Vitality summary is a monthly, anonymous collation of the results of your employees’ Vitality Reviews and Vitality engagement activities. Although it provides information similar to many charged services, the reporting is at no additional cost to you. You simply need to register on our Employer Zone to view it.

A snapshot of employee health plus an indicator of wellbeing needs

As well as giving you an overview of your employee’s health, the reporting should also give you an indication of the wellness areas you might like to promote within your organisation. For example, if our data indicates there is a large proportion of staff who are stressed, it may be beneficial to promote some internal stress workshops, arrange a Wellness Day with an emphasis on de-stressing and relaxation or just promote the stress assessments and articles in our Lifestyle Zone.

The main dashboard screen will show you the following indicators:

• Clinical indicators e.g. blood pressure, BMI and cholesterol
• Lifestyle indicators e.g. physical activity, nutrition and alcohol
• Mental wellness e.g. stress
• Readiness to change e.g. nutrition habits, smoking habits, stress habits
