What is the Vitality programme?

Vitality is the employee health and wellness programme that sets PruHealth apart from other PMI providers. It’s why our cover has benefits for everyone, not just those who claim. We encourage your employees to improve their health by doing everyday things, like walking, going to the gym, eating healthily or not smoking.

When they do, they build up Vitality points which in turn improve their status from Bronze to Silver through to Gold and Platinum. The higher their Vitality status becomes, the greater rewards they could receive with our Vitality reward partners.

Renewal reward

We believe that if people make an effort to look after their health, they should be rewarded in some way for their hard work. After all, the healthier they are the less likely they are to claim. So as well as their great discounts with Vitality partners, we could also have a reward for them after you renew. This can be a “cashback” reward or a top up to their personal health fund (A virtual pot of money that can be used to pay for certain services not included in your standard cover).
