What's not covered?
Like most private health insurance products, there are some treatments that PruHealth does not cover.
On the Select Plan this includes:
- Any day-to-day monitoring or treatment of chronic conditions, eg diabetes and asthma.
- Self-inflicted injuries.
- Cosmetic treatment.
- Any treatment not received in the UK.
- Emergency treatment or visits to your GP.
- Pregnancy or Childbirth.
- Alternative therapies
