Vitality Activities and Points

With the Vitality programme everyone can benefit from a healthier lifestyle. We’re not asking you to be a fitness fanatic, just to look after yourself.

Here’s how it work’s

When you take part in healthy activities with our Vitality partners you could earn Vitality points. The more Vitality points you earn the higher your Vitality status.

Increase your status from Bronze where everyone starts, to Silver, Gold and with enough effort Platinum. The more you do to look after yourself, the higher your status will become and the greater the discounts you could receive with our Vitality partners, and the more you could save on your future health insurance premium.

You’ll probably find you’re doing a lot of things already that could give you Vitality points, such as walking the dog or buying fresh fruit and veg in Sainsbury – you just need to do these activities in a way that allows us to track and record your efforts.
