Our membership programme is designed to help you get more out of your health insurance cover. Increase your Vitality status from Bronze where everyone starts to, Silver, Gold and with enough effort Platinum and the more you do to look after yourself, the more Vitality points you could earn.
We think all our members deserve a treat for looking after themselves, so we’ve teamed up with Champneys Health Resorts to offer visits at discounted prices. Even as a Bronze member, you can pay as little as £80 for a night's stay instead of the usual price of £219.

What's included:
- A welcome introductory tour of the luxurious resort.
- Unlimited use of the facilities and all exercise and relaxation classes.
- A full body massage.
- All meals and overnight accommodation.
Additional services will be charged at normal rates. Please note no Vitality points are attributed to a stay at Champneys.
To ensure availability of rooms and treatments, Champneys recommends you book at least two weeks in advance of your stay.
