Having a health assessment can help you to understand how healthy you are and identify areas that might need improving. We’ve teamed up with roadtohealth to give you 50% off the retail price of their basic health screen. It will give you an initial insight into how to improve your health. Earning Vitality points

We feel it’s important to keep track of certain key health numbers such as blood pressure, glucose and your Body Mass Index. We therefore award Vitality points based on these “clinical indicators” within the health assessments you choose to take.

You’ll get 60 Vitality points for each eligible health number you measure. You could get a further 60 points per test result that falls into normal healthy standards, which we call the ‘green zone’.

You can only earn points for taking each clinical test or for achieving the ‘green zone’ once each year.
