+ How do you build up Vitality points?

Every new member starts on Bronze status and can increase this to Silver, Gold and with enough effort Platinum. It's calculated by working out how many Vitality points you have. The more points you have, the higher your Vitality status. And the higher your status, the bigger discounts you could get not only on gym membership, but from our partners like Nuffield Proactive Health screens.

Every time you go to the gym, up to one visit a day and 15 a month, you get 10 Vitality points. You can boost these further by doing simple things like eating healthily, not smoking and taking a fitness assessment at your local Virgin Active gym.
